i would deff do the wrist pin bushings they need to be remened out to fit the pin. as for the crank you can check them in place with a micrometer but if it have never been turned down before it will most likly need to be done. the head i would say is up to you. if its not leaking coolant then you dont have to but if it was me and i had it all apart then why not its not very expensive to have it done. also dont forget cam bearings as well they may need to be replaced too.
