When you initially start the tractor the hydraulic fluid is cold and the pressure in the system is higher since the oil has not thinned. After the oil heats it starts to flow easier and the pressure drops. You need to determine why the presssure is low. Things to consider are worn pump, broken spring in relief valve, bad seals, wrong fluid, worn control valves, etc. Additionally, see if you can locate a filter in the system, it could be clogged and starving the pump for fluid when its suction drops as the oil thins. Change the filter before you do anything mechanical and see if the system improves. Best of luck
