Agree with some of the others about getting rid of the 3 point. As for the transmission cover, that could be a problem if you want to keep it original looking. 39s and very early 40s used a cover with a groove or notch under the seat. Don't know what the S/N break was but my 40M is S/N 115xx and has the flat top cover. Therefore you have less than 12000 tractors to choose from to get an original 39 top cover. If you don't care for the original look, then any M top cover will work.
For the drawbar, the H is too light and I thing too narrow also.
