A man in Mexico is selling me a 1066 International Tractor, the price is good and tractor is complete. He informed me that the tractor has steering problems. He claims that they have installed several times the kit on the steering pump but it continues to leak. Claims that several mechanics have tried to fix it but to no avail. Where can I start diagnosing the problem. Any information in this matter would truly be appreciated. Thank You Mario
