I took the bracket, that was on the tractor and flipped it over, end for end. I think I removed some of the alternator housing where the bolt goes through it, in order to get it to align with the pulley. Attached the alternator to it and tightened it down and put the hood back on. I do not have a top bracket to hold it tight, and I have not had any charging problems. SDE
