Hello Mike - I guess I kind of started this mess. Our homeowner's policy covered the use of the tractor as long as it was not for farm use (would need farm liability policy). Now since I kept the Case SC in town and I rent my ground to my cousin, who has farm insurance my agent said we were ok. This is all in Indiana. However, because we travel a lot with our boat we also bought an additional "umbrella" policy for $200.00 per year for "any additional catastrophic" accidents. The rate on this policy went up when my daughter started driving last year. I agree, ya can't win - but I think you still need to know you have insurance coverage if you are going to have hay rides, etc. Good luck.
