Major problem is the crankshaft. It has to be bored to accept the input shaft of a tractor transmisson. Next is the cooling. Lower water delivery piece needs to be replaced with one off a 140 Farmall. Upper is more trouble and even having done this 4 or 5 times, I haven't come up with a real good solution, play with it as you go. Fan won't fit in the cowl of an A or a C. Exhaust is a problem too. We have one plumbed out and up and another just down and out. The 135's are much easier to deal with. Good luck.
