Does the I-4 have a pental type hitch or no draw bar at all? A PTO can be added. It takes the same PTO that fits a Farmall H. A Farmall H starter should also fit. If it has a belt pulley, you will have to temporarly remove the belt pulley housing to mount the starter. You will have to use a pull type bush hog as nobody makes a 3 point hitch for the I-4.
