I found part no 622142R11 shown in one of my part catalogs for Super C Fast Hitch farm implements which has the same appearance as the part pictured. The nomenclature in the catalog lists it as a pawl, stop, with roller - they are shown for both sides of the tractor. They are noted for the tractor front-mounted fertilizer unit as part of C-250, C-251, C-252 and C-253 fast hitch corn and cotton planters. The bolts shown with this part are hex head 5/8"-11NC and a length of 4 1/4" on the left side and 3 1/4" on the right side. The same parts might be used for other equipment also but I only have the fast hitch implement catalog. Hope this helps, Hal.
