Yes Dave. However there may still be the original 1/8 inch dia. by 1 inch long pin that holds the fixed flange onto the hub. It has been a year so I don't remember the exact location of the pin. It is in the non-adjustable flange piece close to where the casting flares out with the drilled holes for balancing. It is hard to see and the pin angles into the hub towards the center of the hub. Once the pin is out you can press off the flange. Mine pressed on so hard that I made no attempt to re-install the pin.
