I have four sets of weights. With the axle clamp bolts at the twelve o'clock positon, I put the longer part of the weight opening, up. This will allow access to the axle bolts with a rachet. By doing this though, I can not slide the square headed bolts behind the first weight because there isn't enough room between it and the spokes of the wheel. If I turn the weight ninty degrees, I will not have enough room for the rachet, only for a flat wrench. Do you put the bolts for the second weight in first and then tighten the first weight in place?
