I recently changed the hydraulic filter (fluid looked good) in an attempt to cure my slow to start power steering and brake problems. I think it helped, but the brakes still take a full pump, then about halfway on the second pump the backpressure increases and the brakes work. I've tried bleeding the brakes, but did not see air in the fluid. Power steering is still so so, but works good when warm. Any ideas? It acts like air in the hydraulic system somewhere.
