I just bought 2 A's one 1940 and one 1942 the 1940 same situation as yours sitting outside motor stuck. The 1942 barn kept and a good running tractor. Bought both tractors for $1500.00 I took the front end, grill, hood, floor pan, lights, seat, and 2 good wheels off the 1940 and sold the what was left of the tractor for $300.00 last weekend.
