One issue I did notice however, the PTO lever will not turn off the PTO. It stays running whether or not the lever is engaged or disengaged.
Does it do this with a load on it? Or just when it's not hooked to an implement? May just be linkage like has been mentioned or a slight clutch adjustment. Dad's 460 pto turned some at times, but hooked to his haybine or whatever, it didn't. Only drawback was hooking it up... needed to shut the engine off to be sure it wouldn't turn on you.
