Are the trans gears in a 414 the same as a 3414? I don"t have a reverser on it, just high and low How about ring and pinion? I noticed my 1st and 2nd gear a little chewed up (probably from loader work, 1st to reverse, reverse to 2nd, etc) I figure a tractor without a loader would not have these low gears as beat up. Thanks
