Sooooooo, you want PB Blaster, which is the Penetrating Catalyst, advertised to loosen up stuck bolts. It works well, but you may need several weeks worth of soaking to get any results out of it on something like a tractor wide front end.
A big rosebud torch and a portapower to heat the center tube and press it apart will give you quicker results.
