The power beyond is a plate that goes on the end of the valve stack under the seat. I'm not sure where to get one. They're not very common. Maybe you can get one at a caseIH dealer, or if you're lucky, a salvage yard.
I think most people just use the built-in levers next to the seat to run a loader. I have seen dozens of these tractors with loaders over the years and I have NEVER seen one with a joystick. Converting them to power beyond is a pain in the butt, and the parts are expensive and hard to find IMHO.
Because you have an 806 you may be lucky in that you'll only have to replace the end plate on the valve stack. Newer tractors have a special "end" valve that has the end plate cast as part of the valve. You would need to replace the entire outside valve with one that has a replaceable end plate. Figure another $500 or so for that; that's what it cost Dad for the second valve on the 756 in the early 1980's. I'd imagine prices have gone up since then.
