Jim, definetly a 300U with a C175 engine. My Dad bought a new 300U in late 1957 and it had the C175 engine same as 350U not the C169 that should have been in 300U.

Today's Featured Article - Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
