Hi James, check the fuel filters and the fuel flow out of the tank into the first fuel filter. With a clean bucket remove the fuel line from the tank where it goes into the first fuel filter, the fuel should flow at the full of the pipe. If not there is probably an obstruction in the fuel tank plugging the hole of the outlet valve. Can be anything from rust, dirt or dead bug.
