the plow is a 412, ih's first attempt at a semimount plow. i have 2 of them, just not as nice as the one at the roundup. its just as likely to be 4-14s, as 4-16s. the plow on the back of wardner's 400 is the 411, same plow without the tail wheel. in our soils, a 400 or 450 would pull them ok.
