ALmost all paint will burn off. You may have luck an get a brand that handles 1700degrees, but the truth is the exhaust is very hot. Light work won't burn it off, but real farming will. The OEM mufflers werealuminized (electroplated) and they oxidized off in large patches at the middle of the big diameter. The only two solutions are Black oxide finish, or stainless steel. Even the stainless will discolor some. JimN
