My Brother has a 1938 F-14. It starts by cranking it about 10% of the time the other 90% we have to pull it, however we only have to pull it about 2 ft. and it starts right up. It has a complete rebuilt motor,carb,mag and fuel pump. We have also checked the timing and it is fine. It runs great once we get it started however we have no idea why it doesn't want to start by cranking it. I was wondering if there is anyone who can help us out we are desparate. Thank you
