As far as making the gaskets, McMaster Carr has sheets of Buna-N rubber in many thicknesses and durometers. Buna-N is also commonly known as nitrile and has excellent petroleum oil resistance. Not very expensive.
Depending on the difficulty of the gaskets (in other words shape), you could simply scissor-cut them, make up a steel rule-die or use a combination of gasket punches.
