Mark, While I feel your frustration, I also feel a skillet getting warmed up at the Web-Masters place. Please watch the language. Now about the radiator, The cotter pins through the castle nuts on the bottom radiator bolts will come out. You didn't mention the year of your H but I'm assuming it is an early one. Later year models were engineered with at least a hand hole you could work from underneath to get the pins/nuts off. Try using Kroil penetrating oil or other penetrant and let it work. I've used a long nosed plier to work those pins out with and then a deep-well 3/8 drive socket on the nuts. It's not easy but is do-able//FB
