12 volt 1143 head lamp bulbs for the original tear drop shaped lights are readily available. All you do is swap out the bulb.
If your Super A has the later flat-back sealed beams, you simply replace that 6 volt sealed beam with a 12 volt, also readily available but a bit more costly.
