Well it's been awhile since I was able to get back to working on the 130, but I think I now know what the cause of my "play" in the wheel axle for the right side.
Part 24 #49903D Spacer (basically a short piece of pipe) is worn at the end next to the bull gear, it has also worn into the bull gear slightly as well. I will either weld the spacer to add back the wear and dress it down or weld up the groove in the bull gear.
This should resolve the side to side movement of the axle.
