done overhaul last summer used it 1 year ran good has 1210 engine on it with sims pump mowing hay it started blowing black smoke when you loaded it thought pump bad so i got a cav pump put on it now it starts slow and runs 1 min and stops like it runs out of fuel is it post to have 2 return lines on filter but will steart up again and stops every min wont stay running
