The guides should not require any reaming to size them, as for installation I cant help you there as I have not done that myself. The caps and keys are really no big deal unless they are damaged or broken. The springs on the other hand you want to check that they are within the pounds of pressure vs height as specified in the manual, otherwise the rest of the valve work is just part of it. Specially if youre taking it apart anyways.
