The carb has not been rebuilt but I had taken the bottom of the carb off and cleaned everything with carb cleaner. I even sprayed it into the fuel line into the carb and it came through with no problem. I did replace all gaskets. I had the air inake off from the air filter. It was creating enough suction that it pulled my rag into the carb and I placed my hand over it and I felt it pull hard on my palm and then the tractor stalls if I don't take my hand off.
