If that battery has 3 cells its a 6 volt battery. If it is a 6 volt system you need to have your generator and regulator checked at your local repair shop that does alternators, starters & generators. If the battery has 6 cells its a 12 volt battery, but charging at 13.7 & 19 volts is too much for your battery. For a 6 volt system it should be charging around 7.25 volts & 14.5 on a 12 volt system.
