to answer your question GeneMo no it does not move when the handle goes back. maybe i dont have the nut tight enough to keep the clutch engaged. there is a washer behind the nut, it looks like sombody flattened all the tabs. is that the actual lock washer for the adjusting nut? if it is then thats my problem, the nut is backing itself off.
