What have you soaked it with?? Is this a in-frame rebuild or a complete one?? Either way I have found that you can some times pop one loose if real bad by cutting a oak 2X?? that will just fit in the cylinder and then hitting it a few times real real hard but not hard enough to brake the piston. That is of course if it is not at the bottom of the stroke
