That doesn't surprise me. I ordered a valve cover gasket for my tractor from NAPA. They ordered it and called me when it arrived. I drove 20 miles to pick it up and didn't think it looked right and asked them to check it against their book - again. After looking it up they told me it was right. Took it home and it obviously didn't fit (after I pulled the valve cover. Bought it to work with me (after putting the tractor back togather so I could use it) and had them look it up a third time.
