Carburetor cleaner. You can buy it by the gallon can or by the 5-gal. bucket. Either way - disassemble the carb and let it soak for 2-3 days. Then, rinse off parts with a water hose and blow out passages with about 150 lbs of air pressure using a good rubber tipped air nozzle. Be careful you don't shoot carb cleaner in your eye while using the air hose. Then reassemble, mount and adjust. Good luck.
