Yes, exactly!!! Noise is only there when clutch is "going from in to out" (ie, like when engaging the clutch to move the tractor"). After tractor is moving, the noise "goes away". If I start out in 1st gear and shift through to higher gears after tractor is moving, the noise is much less, almost not there.
It is a "puck" type clutch and I am almost sure it's ceramic. I tried to match the original clutch. Wanted to keep the tractor as "OEM" as possible. Multiple drivers - didn't want drastic changes.
