If it starts and runs good, no smoke, no noise in rear end and stays in gear, with very good sheet metal without dents and rust pitting, if the 3pt. is good, and tires and rims are good, it would be $1500 to $2500 depending on how much someone wants it. If any of those things aren't in good shape or working properly the price would be lower. The 3pt. adds about $500 if it's working well. Anyone buying it to restore would want a good serial tag on it too. It would be on the left side, (as you sit on it), forward of the battery.
