If you remove the plug in the bottom of the carb. with the gas on do you get a good strong flow?Not just for a few seconds,but for maybe a minute or two.Just another problem I have had with a new kit in an H carb.does the needle have neoprene tip or is the needle all brass?If it has a neoprene tip try an all brass needle.Good luck with that carb.I had trouble with one a few years ago and I just keep at it and finally got it.Went to this forum many times with not much help back.SORRY guys but that is the way it went.
