I use a bench grinder mounted on a post with two wire wheels on it. I use a 8" fine on one end and a 6" medium on the other. I find it works great for all kins of parts, including "Nudes" and bolts. Probably one of the most used tools in my shop. It is key however to get a grinder the is powerfull enough. (.5hp minimum) Also key to MAKE SURE the RPM of the grinder and the RPM rating on the wheels are ok. You don"t whant a wheel that spits wires at you. (WATCH THOSE EYES) It is probably more work this way but I am funny about putting dirty parts back together. Ken
