No!
No. 1 plug wire on the Distributor cap is at about 1:30 to 2:00 on the cap as you face it looking forward towards the radiator. No. 3 is at about 10:30 to 11:00, No.4 is about 7:30 to 8:00 and No. 2 is 4:30 to 5:00.
Are you about ready to celebrate, because I think you're about there. You may need to adjust the timing after setting the plug wires this way, but I'll bet it'll start this time!
