Good Idea on the new. Some cheep gaskets are delaminated in layers. Good NAPA gasket material works very well to make new gaskets. Position them on the housing, and use the ball end of the ball peen hammer to gently "nick" them to size along the edges. Even the holes can come out well. Jim
