Agree with this... my 240U has 3pt. and PS and even with a separate loader pump, the 3pt. is starved if It's idled down. I can tell at one time the loader was plumbed to the tractor pump, so someone tried to operate it that way. I have a Wagner IH 200 loader which is all hydraulic, but I doubt you will find one of those. I would also recommend a newer one that is a quick attach loader. It would take a week to get this one off, but it's a sturdy loader for a pipe frame.
