That must be a late H, or super H for disk brakes. The disk brakes used on those tractors was very similar to other brands. The online parts diagrams at www.cngco.com should have pictures with part numbers.
I rebuilt the ones on my MH 44. The springs and balls were cheap. You will get socked if you need to replace the rotor or stator.
