I have a 966 that needs some clutch adjustment. Is it the same to do as say an old chevy pickup? Do I loosen the joint under the left door on the cab and extend it? Or is it more complex? As it is right now it is very difficult to slip the clutch when hooking to other implements and engaging it is usually jerky. Also, does the 9 have a 436 or a 414? I have been told that turboing a 966 would make it a 1466 so it would have to have a 436 unturboed but tractordata has it as a 414 unturboed. If its the 414 and a turbo was added it would be a 1066 not? Also is adding a turbo to these tractors hard?
