I have an Int"l tractor, but don"t know the model #_ it has the number I2500DBL on it. It is a diesel, and I think it may be a 574, it has been painted red, but there is yellow paint underneath. I am having trouble with the hydraulic arms. When I try to lift an implement, the arms chatter. I tried playing with the draft controls. When I shut the tractor off, the implement does not drop all the way to the ground.
