Thanks for the reply. Mine was originally a rear mount Woods mower that was converted to a belly mower by using just the deck, pulleys, and spindles. These were driven by an enormous pulley via driveshaft off the rear PTO of a Kubota and spun the pulleys that I have now, which I kept from the original configuration. I need mine to spin faster then they are now but did not know what rate the belt pulley shaft spun and now seem to have a consensus that it is 1147 rpm. My drive pulley is 9 inches across and is driving a 4 1/2 inch double pulley that drives the deck belt so switching to the side will double my current rate. Now I just need to revise my configuration and should be all set. Thanks for the information and quick reply.
