My experience has been an F20 will run over an H and if the 20 has the 4 inch pistons will be a close match for a stock M. Of course by now most Ms have been upsized to super M size. But up grading the H to Super H still left the H short on Cubic inches and with a shorter stroke it still didn't have the lugging ability of the F20. Never had an F30 so can't really comment.
