Hi everyone; my M's cooling system is acting up. Here is the sequence of events
1. Last summer I installed a thermostat. Before that, the temp gauge would never move. With the thermostat, the tractor warms up to operating temp (190) and seems to run better.
2. This spring, the radiator started spewing coolant out of the overflow tube. It seems to do it when the RPMs are low. If I move the throttle UP, the coolant flow out of the overflow tube would tend to stop or slow down.
Somehow, it seems to be thermostat-related to me.
I have the radiator taken out. I thought it was leaking, but once I took it out, I realized that the place where I thought it was leaking is actually the overflow tube (left bottom corner).
