This is WHAT COULD BE WRONG. The selector valve is out of adjustment or the cable that move the selector valve is stretched and need replace and readjusted They may not have adjusted the dump spool correctly or if the teltail light is coming on in the dash then you have low pressure some place. And your wright THEY DO NOT FREE WHEEL WHEN IN THE LOW SIDE AND IF THEY HAVE A PROBLEM THEN THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING . AND I WOULD BE HAVING A FACE TO FACE ISSUE WITH THEM .
