I know this might be a dumb question but how much free play is there supposed to be? After putting a new engine in my tractor then reinstalling my clutch/flywheel I only have about 3/8 of a inch of free play. I don't know how much was in it when it was taken apart because I bought it apart. If i turn the linkage in (shorter) will it give me more play? I only have about 3and 1/2 threads left on it behind the nut so i'm thinking that i should go all in and seeing. Thanks in advance.
