Super M lifting pressure

Maybe I'am asking to much from the old Super M.
Here is the deal. I would like to use it to pull a John Deere 1209 cutter. The pto and the power no problem. The cutter only has 1 cylinder and it will almost lift it but when the cutter is down it won't. There are 2 half inch pressure connections on the left side of the tractor both pressure up to 805 psi. My thinking at this point is to add another cylinder to the other side of the cutter. Has anybody out there an idea?
